We will only process Personal Data that is strictly necessary for the purposes of entering into a contract/contract, drawing up a financial offer, issuing a tax document, filing a trademark application. We will collect your basic identification and contact information.

MediaBranch has taken the necessary measures so that each time only the absolutely necessary data is transmitted and the legality of the processing is ensured. In the event that you use the payment services (Stripe, Paypal, etc.) on our website, we will exchange the necessary data with the credit institution with which we cooperate, so that the charge of your card and the payment of our services can be successfully completed .

Data concerning your visit to our website will not be shared with third parties.

MediaBranch will not disclose your personal data in any way to any third party that is not related to the services it offers you, unless this is required by law or by a lawful request or order of a public authority. MediaBranch will not pass on any of your personal data to third parties for use in commercial promotions without your prior express consent.

In case of transfer of your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), MediaBranch ensures that this transfer will only take place after the application of at least one of the guarantees provided for in the current legal framework and the additional measures that are appropriate to ensure that the personal data transmitted have in the third country a level of protection substantially equivalent to that guaranteed by the European Union.
